Brian Kozera Scholarship Application - Youth

The Spring Valley YMCA and the members of the Spring Valley Multisport Gators are dedicated to supporting and recognizing those who serve our community. Brian Kozera, former head coach of the SV Multisport Gators and Corporal in the Norristown Police Department, was devoted to serving his community, and passionate about the world of triathlon. Brian loved competing, coaching, teaching, and motivating others as a cancer survivor and multi-time Ironman Triathlete.
At the time of his passing, Brian was training for the Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii – a lifetime goal of his. This scholarship recognizes an individual with similar passions and the recipient receives a 1-year youth membership to the Spring Valley YMCA and membership to the Spring Valley Multisport Gators Team (total value = $500).

Community Service:

This program is designed to recognize young individuals (under 18) who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities through service, help, and kindness. Please answer the following questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Your responses will help us understand your contributions to others. The selected recipient will receive a one-year membership to the Spring Valley YMCA and a one-year membership to the Spring Valley Multisport Junior Gators Club.
